Honestly, wish that I could say this was a good experience but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The young lady who is the shift manager was probably one of the most unprofessional, unhelpful and crabby person ever. It being the first time I've been there, I was naturally unsure of which service to pick. She was clearly upset when she had to explain what their services were and eventually cut me off as I continue to ask her another question.  As I asked for a manager she, proudly stated 'I am the manager,' to which I asked for the owners contact info. She then started bursting out crying for no reason and said that she's allowed to have a bad day too.... So I didn't even to finish my thought and never got the info to the owner. I know no one's perfect and people have bad days however that does not give you a pass to be rude and make people feel incompetent for asking questions. The tipping point for me was after my car was finished getting washed and it's interior detailed, I noticed I my black Nautica umbrella was misplaced with a red child's Minnie Mouse umbrella. When I asked the guys who detailed my car about the umbrella, they proceeded to tell me that the red child's Minnie Mouse umbrella was the one they took out of my car. I DON'T EVEN HAVE KIDS! Why would I have a child's umbrella in my car in the first place? Though it was just an umbrella (not the end of the world if I had to buy a new one), it was the mere fact that these guys wouldn't even listen.  The whole time they were refusing to believe me and said they never saw a black umbrella and that they only saw a red umbrella come out of my car. I was so frustrated, I started looking around and FOUND my black Nautica umbrella on the ground by the wall. Needless to say, those guys misplaced my umbrella and completely forgot to return someone else their belonging. I get it, cars can look the same and accidents happen, things get misplaced.... but at this point I was done making excuses for how bad the service was at this car wash. As a White Bear local, I am sad to say I won't be returning here. I hope others don't have to experience what I did and hope that by me sharing my experience it can help these employees be better.

Now known as 'Hog Wash Motorcycle & Car Wash.' Ultimate Wash ($15 + $1.11 tax) left car dirty in places. Hand dry was done with small blue towels...I wonder how many new scratches they made? Some wash equipment was non-functional; when I pointed it out, staff replied, "it is in the process of being repaired". This place was better when it was the "$3 Car Wash"

I use these guy 15 times a month or more. They've always treated respectfully. If I had an issue they resolved it immediately. I have recommended them several times.

I decided to go back for a 3rd time and give another shot to a local full service car wash and, 3rd time was not the charm. Will never go back. Paid for the full service plus and extreme clean for inside. Vehicle cupholders still dirty. Dust on dash. No tire shine. Water all over vehicle. Poor hand dry. Very dissatisfied all 3 visits. Will be taking my  business back to mister car wash

Paid $25 for an interior and exterior wash. Made the mistake of not checking the work before driving off, did they even do anything besides wash my mats? Took some photos to show the shoddy work. Not worth it at all for the interior. 

Off to go vacuum and wash the inside myself!
