I would give them a negative star rating if I could. Because of how deplorable this experience was, I will only list the facts.
I made the reservation over the phone three days prior to the move and provided all of the information requested.
They accommodated date changes on two occasions.
The movers were scheduled to arrive between 2-4pm.
The movers contacted after 6pm.
The movers arrived after 9:30pm.
The movers refused to do the work. They blamed the reservation associated for not requesting more men.
The operations manager blamed the reservation associate also.
The OM did not call me the following morning as promised. When I call him, he lied saying the three or four men were already on the way. He offered to employ those men at the rate that had been previously agreed upon. When I asked him to include the reservation associate on the call to ensure what he promised, he went silent, essentially hanging up on me. When I call back, was on the phone with the owner. She too blamed the RA, refused to honor the OM's resolution, and refused to make concessions to rectify mistakes her company made. I rarely complain about bad service. However, such egregious behavior and failure of character in denying responsibility by the owner, I had to say something. In fact, I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.

I had them move my things from a storage unit to my house.  During the move, they damaged the new vinyl floor in the Kitchen. After I filled out the claim, had it notarized and emailed it in, I never received a call back. I emailed and called multiple times and finally talked to Darren, who gave me a great speech on how sorry he was that I haven't been contacted, that they are great at taking care of these things and that I would be contacted in the next day. I have never heard back from them. I would avoid using them. They don't care.

Worst moving experience I ever encounter.  My schedule window time was from 2-4pm for them to arrive.  They didn't arrived until 6:45pm and did not call me to let me know until after 4:30pm.  Mind you I had to call them to see what's going on with my move.  I would not ever use them again when they finally arrived at 6:45pm it took them 6 hours plus to move me.  So you can only imagine how I felt.  The Operational manager  finally call after I complain and only charge me for a 3 hour move instead of a 6 hour move.  Even with the compensation I will never use them again.

I was a little nervous at first since I have never hired movers before. We were a little irritated and wanted to call it all off whenever we were informed that they were going to be over 2 1/2 hours late to our house. We were not informed. I had to call the office and find that out. But other than that little incident, everything was great! The movers came 2 1/2 hours later. We were only moving 1 bedroom, and then additional pieces of furniture needed to be moved down into the garage to be donated. They moved everything in 1 hour. Took about 45 minutes for us to get from Cumming to Marietta. Then it only took them another hour to move everything into the apartment. Our apartment is on the 3RD floor, and there's no elevator! They moved everything very quickly up 3 flights of stairs. They were great! Very hard working men. I can't remember their names but there were only 2 of them. Not a single scratch on any of our furniture. They carefully wrapped everything in blankets and made sure everything was tied up against the truck. I would definitely recommend Fox Movers to my friends and family! We will be using them again when we move.

The two man that help me move where great. My grandmother even fries fish for them. After they were done. But I am missing my surround sound system.  I spoke with The driver and we were supposed to meet to get my item.  But it has not happen yet
