The word deplorable comes to mind. She asked 1usd for a piece of tape, as my tape was letting go. Typical Indian run business greedy and pretty much no standards. I wish they would have a law against it. 

It smells in there and she looks like a Ford f150 ran over her and backed up a couple of times. Just for good measure, when being in the service provider business. The least you can do is brush those teeth and look presentable. Also had to repeat 4 times that the package WAS ALREADY PAID FOR..

I will never return there....I rather pay extra to deal with professionals

I went here to rent a U-Haul trailer. Sasha was incredibly off putting. I did not feel welcome by any means. She kept sighing and grunting when "helping" me. Not friendly and never smiled. I was charged more than I was told it would cost, and she had to call another U-Haul place to see why. She only called because I told her I wanted to know why I was being charged more. Before she called, all she said was "I do not know". She would not assist or direct me how to load the trailer up. In fact, she said "It's back there. I am sure you know what a trailer looks like", in a very dismissive tone. I do not care if I know what a trailer looks like or not, you do not talk to the customer like this.

When returning the trailer, she walked back to verify it was there. She had the nerve to tell me I did not return it, where if she had walked an extra 2ft, she would have seen the trailer in the same place I got it from. I had to walk her back there myself and point it out for her to see. Of course she never apologized for indirectly calling me a liar.

I am not sure why she had such a dismissive attitude, but I was very disgruntled over this experience. She needs to either learn customer service skills, or find another job. Unprofessional to say the least. I will never go back there again, and I would suggest nobody goes here because of her. I can only hope any other employees have better customer service skills.

If I could rate this a 0/5 stars, I would. Save yourself the struggle, avoid this place.

Ms Saha was a very helpful lady. She stopped what she was doing to advise and help me with my order. Great service  Will definitely  be back!  Great prices as well

They do a great job and put up with me over and over .. And I'm difficult! I could go to several other places that are just as close!! But I go to you got mail!

She refused to scan my Amazon return packages in not would she give me a receipt for drop off. A dog rushed me as I walked in the door. Very unprofessional and a bad image for the brands she represents.
