The finished frames were immaculate! I especially appreciated the details, such as adding felt corners to protect my walls from the hanging hardware. I rated them 4 stars because the salesperson insisted that we use the hooks she provided, instead of the art rail in our house. When we tried using the hooks as instructed, we could hear the insulation crumbling inside the walls, as I predicted. I wasn't prepared for the salesperson to be so confrontational on this issue (which I have some expertise in, as an exhibit installer).

I framed a puzzle and the work they did on it was excellent! The costumer attention is great and you can tell that they really care about the art that they work on. It is a bit pricey, but sometimes they have promotions for specific frames, and I found it completely worth it!

I found an awesome vintage 3x5' American flag and wanted to get it framed. I shopped around and got quotes from multiple shops in the area, and Frame Central was by far the most reasonable for a project of this size. 

When I first brought in the flag, they were super friendly and helpful, and we had a frame/matte combo picked out within 20 minutes.

Throughout the process, they called me to keep me updated on the progress of the project. When they received defective mattes from the manufacturer, they called to apologize and offered me a discount on any future purchases. Even though the defective mattes weren't their fault, it was a nice touch and great customer service.

When I went in to pick up the finished project (after about 1.5 weeks), I was blown away by the quality of the work. I can't say enough about Frame Central in Wallingford - because of them I have a piece that I'll keep for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything, and keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back in the future for any framing projects that I have.

The staff were incredibly helpful and not judgmental about my tight budget. They helped me find the right readymade frame and cut me a mat from their discount selection which looked great with the color of my pen and ink drawing. Then they let me assemble it in their artist space. And they gave me an artist discount! I'll definitely be back.

I brought in a drawing with uneven edges. I was impressed by the level of care and detail given to really reflect the beauty of the piece. As someone who does not get art framed much I was surprised by the price, but I think framing in general is much more expensive than I thought. Excellent service and my husband loved it as a birthday gift!
