Quick turnover, individual 1-on-1 consultation for projects. Significantly more pricey than any standard arts and crafts store, so probably not the most cost effective for small certificate framing. Check out their Groupon deals though!

I brought in a poster to be framed. Lot of hocus pocus to arrive at a price.  Was promised it would be ready in 2 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks; I dont have my poster back yet and don't get calls back or answers as to when I can get my poster.  I asked for my poster to be returned to me and nothing happens. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!

The consultants are so helpful and great! I do not know much about picture framing and they really guide you through the whole process. It's kind of expensive, but that's the cost of great framing!
