The sales staff is very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable of the artists and their  work in the gallery.  Even though this is a retail store things, it feels like a gallery.  Merchandise is grouped by artist. They have information on the artists. 
Good range of merchandise and price points. 
It's such a pleasure to go to a store where you can truly find unique gifts or art for your home. Not mass produced!
Parking in this area is awful. They do have limited parking in the rear. The day that I went there was stack parking, although there was no one in the store. So parking is at a premium even if retailer has dedicated space.

Best place in Los Angeles to buy handcrafted American made artful crafts that are well-designed and superbly presented. An excellent shopping experience.

Wonderful store… Beautiful jewelry.. and unique gift items.. pottery, art…
I was introduced to Freehand by my friend Cecil.. many years ago.. and have always gone back
for just the right gift.. with friendly helpful people… and fun gift wrap with a little bouquet of flowers
on top. 
I have also been given gifts from Freehand.  Classic kimono purse… that I have been using 
for over 20 yrs… as a dressy purse…scarves… beautifully woven…
