My daughter got me a $75 gift card for Christmas last year and I had yet to use it, normally I shop at the coconut point store but I was drawn in by the beautiful clothing in the windows. The staff is so friendly. I felt like the girls were my best friends, they did everything for me with the exception of physically holdig my hand and walking me around the store. Superb experience! Thank you! Will be shopping here more often!

I was browsing around for my mom and didn't really have a clue what I wanted to get her. I wanted to look at a bracelet and the manager helped me get it off the stand. I told her that my moms 60th birthday was next week and she helped me pick out a few pairs of earrings, a bracelet and a wine glass that said "best mom ever". I have never felt more comfortable as a 30 year old man in a ladies store.

Terrible customer service. Everyone that worked there was so rude and made me feel unwelcome! Will not be going back there!!! Cute stuff but I can order the same stuff online and have a better time than going in a store where people don't welcome you in and treat you with respect rather they treat you as if you are wasting their time by being there!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've never been into a store where people cared less about those shopping there. Instead of explaining a return policy because the chip on my card had gone bad the staff member literally said "I'm not going to money launder". She shrieked with excitement in mid conversation after hugging a friend or hers that came in the door looked at me and said " so, do you want to store credit?" When I questioned other option, obviously at the time I never want to stop there again, she said to me "Look, I just work here." Unbelievable
