My experience at Dillard's today was a 10 due to a sales associate named Suzanne Bellows. She was very helpful, courteous and very professional. My credit card was cancelled due to lack of use and Suzanne walked me through the process of obtaining a new one. Don't let that lady get away, she is an asset to Dillard's.

The sales associate in the purse section went out of her way to help my mom get the purse she wanted, and was incredibly friendly. She alone made the shopping experience 5-star worthy. Wish I knew her name.
