My father-n- law see Dr Rashid and gets treated at the center. He is happy with care he receives and recommends the clinc and center to any cancer patient who wants one on one care. You are not just a number at the center they make you feel comfortable, motivate to continue fighting this battle.
In NWI we come across many doctors who are arrogant and callous and don't put much emphasis on patient recovery if the diagnosis is bleak. Dr. Rashid is the exception to this rule! This man is so down to earth and genuinely kind. Patients with cancer struggle with depression, and they need hope... and that's exactly what Dr. Rashid offers. I appreciate this man more than I can even express!
The scheduling center's system is horrible! I've spent hours trying to schedule and appointment. I've opted to get a call back twice, yet the call never comes.
This place NEVER answers their phone. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a Mammogram for roughly 4 months now and STILL can’t get through! How many women’s cancers have progressed further than necessary because these people don’t answer their phone?!
