I scheduled an appointment for my son to get shots. I explained he was not able to return to school without them. The scheduler made him an appointment for the next day for a physical. And he was not able to get the shots because they don’t do them. This wasted my time. I waited 45mins ... took an hr and 30 min off work on my lunch break just to be told she made a mistake. Listening is a skill that needs to be utilized when scheduling appointments. I’m very disappointed.

Came here and got diagnosed with chronic back pain and the doctor decided to prescribe aspirin. A lot of trouble for something i have at home. I wish there was a no star option. Horible doctors and rude nurses. Unprofessional.

Have found it impossible to ever directly contact or speak to Dr. by phone. The clinic staff answer the phone, take message, I get no reply sometimes for days. Have had to call several times to finally get the nurse to call back.

I have been going to the Hammond/Franciscan Clinic since I was a child. I got my first pair of glasses there in 1969. And that's where my children saw the eye doctor and got their glasses too. I have gone through many changes and so has the clinic. We still go and I love all my doctors. I think they are better now than they have ever been. The doctors work together since they all can see My Chart. I think it's a great way to work, to care for your health and to solve illnesses that are complicated. And if needed they will refer you to a Dr. outside of the box. I feel they care if you care. Also the clinic's upkeep is going strong. The facilities have been around for awhile and have been updated. They are clean and neat. Thank you for being here and serving are area.

WRONG Diagnosis!! My 1-year-old niece was unable to move her arm, she cried severely when she attempted to move it. My sister took her to this facility and the doctor only checked her hand but not her arm. After she told them exactly what caused her arm to hurt that badly they took long hours of test and x-ray's they told her it was just badly sprained and told her mother to take some Motrin. During the night she tossed and turned through severe pain. She was hot and sweaty from the stress of the pain. THE VERY NEXT DAY, my sister took her to the ER by our home, Franciscan St Margaret in Dyer. They took her in almost immediately and she went forth to tell them the exact same story of the incident, they diagnosis-ed her with NURSE'S MAID ELBOW. So her arm was out of place and needed to be popped back in. Once they did that she was perfectly fine in the next two minutes, her arm was moving she was no longer in severe pain!! IT's ridiculous that they took almost fours hours of x rays only to come back with....a sprain. I'm so glad my sister got a second opinion before her arm got worst. We are never coming here again!!
