I have very good appointments for injuries and flu/throat issues.
Also, I had brain surgery and before the surgery, I needed tests, reports, etc before hand. This office was easy and impressive. Also, before my mother's dementia became serious, the doctors and nurses examined and tested her very well. Their kindness and senses of humor were fantastic.

I went in this past Oct. 2009, and was happy with my initial visit.  Dr. Mazzone was friendly and caring, however, the staff messed my billing for my quick 20 min appt up.  I am now being billed for $180 even though my insurance is covered with Blue Shield.  I called coastal community and they worked it out to bill the insurance again, but I was still dissapointed in the way they handled the situation.  I was given false advice on how to change my primary care physician by the staff and then billed a huge amount after I'd already payed my co-pay.

I've never had difficulty with this doctor's office. Yes, there can be a long wait, but it IS an urgent care as well. The staff has always been polite and efficient, and while I've mainly seen PAs, the doctor has been available for consult when needed.

Very long wait with appointment.  Wont call in perscriptions on time.  Always have to call and remind them to follow through with what they were supposed to do.  Dr.  seemed to rush me out like I was in a heard of cattle.

Horrible
