Frank's is the epitome of local Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant!  I come from North East Jersey and Frank's would fit in and compete up there.  The owners are friendly and make you feel like you're eating in their own home.

And the food... Oh my goodness... Ansley delicious.  They even serve perfect veal parm on a sub or over spaghetti.  You don't get more Italian in Baltimore.

Forget Little Italy... Go here for your Italian fix.

This is the very definition of hidden gem. Behind the unassuming storefront is a terrific Italian restaurant, with excellent food and great prices. I was introduced to Frank's by a friend who is world traveled and a gourmet as well, and this little spot earns compliments from him, too. Everything I have tried is good. The weekly spaghetti special on Wednesdays offers two dinners for $20. The pasta is al dente; the sauce is rich and flavorful and the meatballs (3) are just right. A small, fresh garden salad and garlic bread come with. Best is Frank and his staff. Though you pick up your meal at the counter, you feel warmly greeted and cared for. Just wonderful.

I've lived in this area for 26 years and this is the best pizza and Italian food spot I've found yet. It's a friendly family owned business, always extremely clean, and they treat all of their customers great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is  looking for Italian food, it's my personal favorite for sure.

Another superb casual dining experience at Frank's. We telephone our order in from the Beltway, and the staff was ready for us. The Orange roughly was expertly prepared. We'll be back. Hope to see you there.

I'm originally from North Eastern Jersey, land of the Italian Eatery.  I kid you not when I say that not even Little Italy can rival this establishment!  Frank's is so much more than just pizza!  Pasta, veal, muscles... Their canolies are to die for!  There service is to notch and friendly.  You'll get to meet the owners and know them by name.  Forget Little Italy and give Frank's a shot today!
