I purchased a bike for my 8 yo son there a week ago, and previously for my wife. I've also gotten bikes serviced there. I have always found the staff there very helpful and knowledgeable, the prices fair, and the service excellent. I would definitely recommend Frank's Spoke n While to anyone.

In interest of being fair, I must start by stating that my initial experience at the Sudbury Location with Frank's business was less than stellar. However, like golf, it's how we recover from a bad shot not how you follow up a good shot that separates the amateurs from true professionals. That being said, since most people take the time to hate on mistakes, I would like to compliment my overall experience and the qualities that make Frank's Spoke and Wheel a stand-up, trustworthy (hard to find at bike shops) place to do business. Their prices are reasonable to boot (yet another rarity at bike shops). The weather was just starting to get nice after the long winter. Knowing that they would be very busy, I called to schedule an appt with Kevin at Frank's Spoke 'N Wheel to bring my recently purchased bike into the store to have some adjustments made. Kevin was EXTREMELY helpful. He took the time to make the adjustments needed to make my riding experience pleasant. Kevin is knowledgeable and honest. I have ran a high line automobile dealership (BMW) for over a decade, and the art of selling without selling is an every-evolving skill; it requires a level of finesse that is inherent with a hostage negotiator all while retaining the ability to close the deal efficiently and effectively. Kevin sold me additional products that were not too much for me but just a bit more than I initially thought I wanted/needed. Basically, he is the guy you want on your flour, talking to your customers, and most importantly, keeping them coming back. Since then, I have had 3 other bikes serviced with Kevin. He delivers what he promises (timelines) and maintains the most integral part of customer service, communication. This should go without saying, but just in case, his work is thorough and precise. Although my interactions with other employee(s) at the Waltham location were very brief, they typified the same professionalism as Kevin. Shop here with confidence.
