May need to file suit for my refund!
Quite simply this company LIES to you.  Their policy on their site says they will bill you within 24 hours of shipping.  They billed me about $800 for my order and never shipped my order.  When I finally got a hold of a person they told me the product was not going to be available for a month! So the policy on their site is a complete scam.  This group of individuals have literally stolen my money.  They won't refund and wont return calls.  I have filed with the state of Ohio dept of consumer protection and opened a case with Paypal.  Next will need to be legal action if Paypal cant resolve.

If I could rate them any lower, I would! Took over a month to receive items, returned one, got lied to over and over for another five months about when my $178.20 would be refunded. Finally had to file a claim through PayPal. PayPal tried to reach out to them but they got the same response that I did and returned my money. PayPal is amazing and Franklin Golf sucks in ways I can't believe! Really missed a shot at a good paying repeat customer!

Placed a order 11/26/17on line, they showed part is available.  After you pay for parts is shows not available. I’ve called 4 times. 1st call “ it’s processing” 2nd call “out of stock in our wherehouse will check our Florida wherehouse. Ok they will be shipped Monday from our Florida wherehouse” 3rd call “they will ship the following day. 4th call “ will check wherehouse, we will call you back. Never got a call back.   Called today Alexa put me on hold then hung up on me. I’ve called back 3 times and now it goes to voice mail. I will turn them in to BBB if I don’t here from them today.

Do not buy here you will not get your part nor will you get your money back customer service if you get a hold of them will lie and tell you anything why they haven't shipped your from hurricane to wrecked truck.the manager will never contact you after repeated a temps also once they know your phone number they will no longer answer your call. STAY AWAY. Complete con. Job.

If I could have given zero stars I would!
This company continually lied to me and never followed through with anything they told me they would do. 
On October 14th, 2017 I ordered a golf cart dash (which they charged my credit card for) two weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. On November 1st I called and left a message I never heard back from any one.
November 2nd I called again and spoke to Tim. I was told it was out of stock and on back order and he would find out when it will available and get back to me the next day.
November 3rd I received an email from Tim saying it was now in stock and would be shipped out Tuesday, November 7th.
Since that time I have not received my order nor have I heard anything from Tim or the Franklin Golf Cart Company via phone or email.
I called back on the 21st and was told they were shipping it out the next day (Nov. 22nd). I told him I wanted them to ship it to me overnight at their expense, since I waited a month and half for my order to arrive.  I was told he wasn’t sure if they could do that, but would check and call me back, but never did.
Once again, I called on the 28th, no one answered so I did not leave a message. I just called back the next day and talked to Tim and he told me my order had been canceled two days ago. I never canceled my order! Tim assured me that they would credit my account within 7-10 days but since they never gave me any reason to trust them, I filed a claim with my credit card company.
I called another golf cart company, purchased the dash for thirty dollars less than Franklin wanted and it will be delivered this Friday.
Of course, this is only MY experience, but because of it, I cannot recommend Franklin Golf Cart Company to anyone because dealing with them was the worst online buying experience I have ever had!
