My stay there was alright. The chair to the desk in my room was broken, they brought in another one but still left the broken chair in the room. I was locked out of my room because the sensor was not working on the door. Had to wait until it got fixed. No discount was offered or given because of these inconveniences. Went down for breakfast, both milk containers were empty, egg tray almost empty. Think I will try the other hotel on my next visit.

Great hotel, very clean, front desk staff is the most helpful we have run into! Thank you all for helping make a great trip! Rooms are nice, beds are pillow top and very comfortable!

I really like this hotel. The water pressure is excellent,the beds are comfy, well kept property and the staff is friendly. However during my last stay, when we left the room housekeeping was in the hallway and work.. nothing special. During that time housekeeping put a do not disturb tag on my door, took the used towels off the floor and that's it. If you came in why not empty the trash, restock the towels and make the bed? Had to make a trip down to the front desk for towel. Outside out that it's a good hotel.

A very nice hotel. They were remodeling, and you could see some signs of that (swimming pool and fitness room looked like they were still being worked on). But the rooms are big and beautiful, they had brand new mattresses, and the staff went out of their way to give us a discount when we showed up late at night driving during Hurricane Harvey. They could have gouged us but didn't. Breakfast was much better than other places, with biscuits and gravy! Plenty of food and it was hot! Heck yeah. We paid more for the room than others we've been in in Texas, but it was so nice and luxurious they deserve five stars. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice, however my mom was woke up by someone entering her room and loudly commenting oh someone is in this when leaving slamming the door behind them. Leaving her scared and awake at 6 am then having to put a 4 year old back to sleep they woke up. Not acceptable.
