The apartment complex is very quiet. The property manager and maintenance are responsive, respectful, and almost always available right away. The apartments themselves are clean and updated. The one bedroom option with a washer and dryer is roomy and comfortable with plenty of storage space. My partner and I have lived in this complex for two years and will miss it when we move!

The manager is not helpful at all and they never respond to repair requests.

The apartment have a comfortable size. The apartment complex is really pretty with lots of trees and green area around, big pool, grills, sports area, small gym, DVD rent. For those who have pets is a perfect place, with no weigh or breeds restriction, and a close (fenced) area where your pet can play as free as possible. Really good maintenance team, fix any issue on the same day or next. Really close to Purdue, its easy to go by car, bike or bus. It is my first year living here, but I am enjoying the place.

My stay at Franklin Park was excellent. The manager is very helpful and accommodating, and the area is well-kept. Maintenance responds to calls quickly, and the community is very quiet and friendly. I'd recommend Franklin Park to anyone, especially if you have pets. It's also very close to Celery Bog, if you want to go jogging, and is a stone's throw from Wal-Mart. If you're a student, it's about a 2-mile drive to campus, which I found to be perfect. There's also a pool, but I never had an occasion to try it out, sadly!

I just moved out a few weeks ago from this apartment complex and I'm extremely happy with my time there. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (they call it a 'Hemmingway') for 2 years and loved everything about it. Tons of space for a 1 bedroom and everything worked great when I moved in. The complex was nice and quiet too, no crazy parties or loud music late at night.
If cheap rent is important to you, might be better to shop around a bit, but if you can afford it this place is great. Around 650 per month for the first year, then around 700 after I got two pets for the apartment. They are super pet friendly, lots of the neighbors had dogs around and the office was accommodating even for my ferrets.
By far the best part of staying here though was the office. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I never felt they were trying to trick me out of money, or that they weren't organized. Very fair and easy to work with. Maintenance requests were promptly answered. This was especially important when my heat went out in the middle of winter. Within a few hours they had someone there to fix the problem and even brought extra space heaters to help in the mean time.
Cannot recommend enough.
