I was born and raised in The Valley but have just recently moved to Woodland Hills from Studio City. Went into Franklin's Hardware for the first time yesterday and couldn't be happier to have such a great local hardware store. 
Chip was a great help at helping me find parts and as a bonus come up with a great plan for my plumbing issue. Had a great conversation with Kim (part of the family of owners) and I couldn't have felt more welcomed to the neighborhood!

Not only will I be back but I am literally on my way out the door to go buy a a new pruning saw 👍😁

I came in with 3 little kids, and the staff was helpful and friendly beyond my wildest expectations. Anytime I need something from a hardware store, I’m just going to go there.

I like the little hardware stores they have everything and enough help to help. Customer service has never been a thing the past here at Franklin's Hardware.

I love coming in here.  Twenty years ago it was dusty and I feared it would go out of business.  But the owners instead transformed it into a well-lit, well-staffed and friendly spot for do-it-yourself projects, suggestions, support!  I wanted to give my math students a "plant growth" project and talked the whole thing through with a Franklin's employee - it worked out terrific.  I get garden ideas, light bulbs, duct tape, keys made, "raffle prizes" - just love this store!
