I have been shopping here since it opened. My basic plan is to buy one of their tools, and if I use it so much I burn it out I then get a better quality one. To my surprise, many are still going strong despite heavy use. The hand files are better than the name brand ones I used in the past. I always keep a box of their nitrile gloves in the garage. Their 3 pack of leather welding gloves are fantastic. The list goes on. No problems returning a product if I find it is not as powerful as I hoped.

It takes 1 hour  and 30 minutes for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Not on the weekends. on friday during my launch hour on 12 pm.

Im in aww with the amazing customer service provided by Gabbie and Mario tonight... Mario was in the process of lifting heavy boxes so I didn't want to bother him but he notices I seemed lost and asked if I needed help ,went out of his way to walk me to the items I was looking for. Gabbie was so friendly whem ringing us out made my family and I feel as if we where friends/family.
