Very professional. He answers the phone right away. He gives the best prices!! Don't even bother calling someone else. He knows exactly what's he's doing and gets the job done fast. He helped make a copy of my Infiniti car key and was done in 5 minutes!! Highly recommended!! He will also come to you!!

My mom lost her car key and she needed a new key so we called a few locksmiths. Nobody wanted to give us a flat price over the phone. Only Eli from Franklin Square lock gave us a reasonable and flat price over the phone. They showed up very fast and they charged what they said fromn the beginning. I liked the service very professional and reliable. Thank u Eli I absolutely recommend.

Very good service!
I lost the Key Fob to my Kia Optima. I was given the information to Franklin Square Lock and got in contact with Eli. Very nice and goes above and beyond with service! He gave a time that he would come and stuck to it (ON A SUNDAY!!) when every where else was closed and I got 2 new key fob plus an extra physical key!
Highly recommended!

Franklin Square Locksmiths are great!  I called,  they came in 5-10 minutes accessed the situation and gave me a completely reasonable estimate.  I own a Toyota with a G chip and the immobilizer with the unlock and lock button on the key.  They had them in stock!! I called 10-15 others until I found franklin square locksmiths and no one else but franklin square locksmith stocked the keys I needed.  They are professional and fast!!! Highly recommended from someone who was in the automotive dealership world.  Any car automotive key issues call the guys at franklin square automotive!!! Fast and great service!!!! They will be the one and only locksmiths that I use from here on in. Furthermore,  Toyota’s remote keyless entry fob is actually in the tire pressure sensor module.  These guys spent extra time figuring it out!!! 10 Stars!!!!!
