This place is the worst. Their customer service is horrible. I thought I was booking  a appointment at Bham tea spa but they sent my wife to Franklin spa in royal oak. She left there because it was pretty much just run down she said. That's why they answer the phone spa concierge. The locations are all mixed up. bham location is closed down I guess. I asked for refund lady said no refunds.  I tried to call back and got voicemail which mailbox was full. Probably from people complaining. DO NOT GO unless you physically go in and see for yourself

This place has the rudest people i have ever met! The lady YELLED at me over the phone and refused to listen to me. That was after calling them TEN times to try to make an appointment. I am going to get my money back. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Tony was great he has a very kind and soothing voice. Pressure was perfect and spa was relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. What a nice place for my first time here.

Me and my friend went and got a massage and foot massage. we arrived and it was in a small office in a office building. The decor was nice but the experience was not at all what we expected. For the foot scrub/massage we were sitting in chairs in the same part of the room and she pulled out the foot scrub from a foot rest ottoman and rubbed our feet for about 2 minutes and put lotion on them. We were told we had a 1 hour massage and we were there for a total of 45 minutes. While getting massages the lady kept leaving during the massage for a couple minutes at at a time and I thought she left the room. Same with my friend. The total time we got a massage was maybe 20 minutes. Not worth the $80 for the two of us. The staff was very nice but I don't think they were professionals. One lady was there as we were leaving and she said she wanted to reschedule because she showed up and said the place wasn't what she thought it was going to be.
