This service is a complete joke. I tried to book a cruise through this agency and was told there was a room with a balcony like I had  requested. When I asked the price, I was told "I forgot to write it down" and "it's too much trouble to look it up again". I was told that they would send me a brochure the next day. It's been 10 days and no brochure or other contact.

I was hoping to book the cruise last week but missed that time frame dealing with these bozos.
