I've worked with Tommy several times over the past few years,  have always found her to be knowledgeable and helpful and, in fact, I'm just about to call her again to look into another trip to The Caribbean.

Tommy knows exactly what to look for when booking a clients trip. She is precise, effective and on top of everything from beginning to end of your trip. 
My family and I have used Herron Travel for years and love them.

Just spoke with Tommy from this agency, she was very rude, a vacation should be a happy experience, and you can obviously tell that she has no training in customer service, I was really interested in what this agency might have to offer, but I will not give my money to a company that hires rude employees, her tone of voice and choice of words were unacceptable, I would not recommend this place to anyone, and you should definitely not use Tommy as your travel agent.
