What a poor excuse of a business. This so called post office is located in the back of a convenience store. The store is dark and dingy and you're greeted immediately to a long lineup. The staff are slow and unhelpful and not to mention rude.  How can staff be so unprofessional and a business so poorly run and yet still be around. I much rather travel to a further location to pick up my packages than ever come here again. -5/5

I rented a U-Haul cargo van from here a few days ago. Called several other places which didn't have the 9 ft. vans that day. There's a free 2 hr. parking lot behind the storefront. Staff was accommodating & cordial. They told me I should park my car in one of their spaces in case I went over the two hrs. Standard rates for 1 day's van rental is 19.95 plus .49 a km. Took the $15 insurance. After refilling gas, total bill was around $75. Very satisfied customer and would definitely rent from them again.

Service tends to be lacking here. Staff are generally unpleasant, don't seem to want to be there, and often send you away saying packages aren't there, even when they've been delivered and can be received if you push them to go check. Overall quite unprofessional.

The staff is rude and not at all helpful. I've used Flex Delivery to have four packages delivered to their address and only once did their location notify me by email that my parcel had arrived, otherwise I had to call in almost every day past the expected arrival date to check up on whether it was there. And when phoning them, their staff is unresponsive and slow, and half the time they hung up on me before I could even get a chance to ask them another question. For another package, Canada Post claims to have delivered it to their location and yet the people at the store have no knowledge of it ever coming in and seem to argue back when you try to learn more. Line ups are slow and the people working there don't want to help you or even want to do their job for that matter. It's honestly a surprise how Canada Post has allowed this location to stay open. 0 stars. And as a heads up, the review written by Raman Dhillon is actually one of the people who works at the shop. How embarrassing.
