Mike, Prabh and the You Move Me team have helped us take the stress out of moving. From organizing/picking up a bunch of different purchases (at multiple locations over the lower mainland), to storing them overnight and consolidating them into a single move. I've introduced them to help friends and business partners for their commercial and residential moves - everytime I receive a "thank you for the introduction" and "they were awesome" response.

I used this company to move my items in October 2017. At the time I found them to be polite and efficient and they got the move done quickly. Due to renovations, we were unable to unpack all the boxes right away. Now that I have unpacked, I found that two boxes containing serving bowls and casseroles were completely smashed, like the whole box was dropped. When I discussed with the company, they offer zero compensation because they didn't do the packing. Regardless of who packed, I still expect greater care with my possessions, and if something is dropped, at least admit it. Not impressed. C. battocchio UPDATED review: I spoke to the coordinator about my concerns above. He did me the courtesy of listening, asked for a list of the broken items, and followed up with me a couple days later. The company agreed to reimburse me for my loss. I appreciate their efforts to ensure I was ultimately satisfied with my dealings with their company. Thank you. C. Battocchio
