If you want to pay bottom dollar, be prepared to pay out of pocket for all of your accident costs with this company, even if the accident isn't your fault. I was rear ended in 2015 by an uninsured motorist and after 17 months, we're finally close to a settlement that's 1/4 of what I deserve and $8,500 below the coverage limit. I had to pay for my own rental car ($1000) and get reimbursed, plus a portion of my medical expenses before I got an attorney. 

Get a personal injury attorney on a contingency fee basis and let them fight with them over payout. But be warned, it will be a long, hard journey that you will still lose. We are with Allstate, paying about $60 more per month but with $100,000 coverage limit plus renter's insurance coverage. Fred Loya raised the rates for uninsured motorist to the point we couldn't afford it (it was almost 50% of our premium) and had to switch. 13 years without an accident and I got rear-ended by an idiot who was texting and driving too fast but I'm the one who suffered the most and Fred Loya will never make you whole or even come close with their BS policies.
