I have been with State Farm for almost 9 months now and from day one they have been very helpful and patient with me and my partner as I was added to his policy and as we have made adjustments as needed. Trisha is very knowledgeable and ready to help and gets back in touch with us when we have questions or need assistance. All my questions get answered thoroughly and I appreciate the time and effort this office takes to make sure my husband and I have what we need and understand our policy and situations. I recently had to file a claim after getting hit and Trisha once again was extremely helpful through the process! Thank you State Farm Killeen and keep up the good work!!!

Trisha is super helpful!   The whole process was quick and easy!  We will use Joaquin Carrasquillo State Farm for all my insurance needs and they even have auto loans!  Highly recommend giving her a call! She will save you money on your insurance!

The environment at this location was very friendly. I felt right at home and the way I was taken cared off was very professional. I was helped immediately the moment I got there and left very confident and happy doing business with this team.
