I was at Fred Martin getting my car serviced and to kill some time I went out and walked around looking at the new cars with no intention of buying one. A Salesman came up and asked if anyone was helping me and we started talking and when he found out that I only drove a few miles he said the next time I get a car it might be a good idea to try a lease. That way I don't have to worry about repair charges etc etc. They told me what my car was worth and I was pretty happy -they were very fair. So bottom line I am leasing a 2018 Jeep Compass and I love it I couldn't be happier. If you go to Fred Martin you should ask for Jay he was my salesperson -he's very friendly and personable and most important --not pushy

I dealt with Todd Craig and Bill King...both were superior people. They found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for, even though it was not on site. It was delivered on time and was ready for me to drive. My wife and I had the greatest experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. No hassles...no pressure to buy...no stories about if we don't take it today, all is lost. Todd and Bill did a great job.

I just purchased my second Challenger from Fred Martin. I've been very happy with my experiences with this dealership! Both times I received fair trade in value and new terms and payments that work for my needs. Thanks Jeremy Wootan for an amazing experience. You were so down to earth and personable. I never felt like you were trying to sell me something, but rather you listened to what I wanted and then focused on finding that. Great Job, much appreciated! I am LOVING my new ride!!!

My wife and I went to FMS to look at charges and Chrysler 300's. That is when we met Todd. What an incredibly fantastic salesmen. Todd did everything right from the start. Todd didn't try to over power us with his vast knowledge of the FMS inventory or make any assumptions that we may want something other than what we came for. Todd listened to everything we had to say and then asked questions. In the end we bought a lincoln which was a better fit for us. When dealing with the financial side of purchasing a car, once again Todd and Keith in finance department stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. I could go on and on about the class your dealership had shown. But I have to get back to work to pay for this beautiful car I just bought at the Fred Martin Superstore. P.S. I did not get paid to say any of these nice things. And I will refer anyone I encounter looking for a car My wife and I appreciate all that was done for us.

Worst dealer experience ever. It was great at first, and they had both the car (and price), I wanted to purchase. However, the used car sales manager was an absolute disaster. I explained I wanted a 36 or 48 month loan. At first, they wanted to do a 72 month loan - completely ignoring my original request for a 3-4 year loan. Then, he came back with a monthly payment that was astronomically high (equated to 12-14% interest). This was BEFORE running my credit - which is good. When I pointed this out, he became extremely condescending and told me that he suggested a 72 month loan for this reason - because with a longer loan period the payments would be lower and that is how interest works. I explained that I understood how interest works, was not interested in a 7 year loan and that the payment range he suggested, again without running my credit, was unacceptable. He replied that was simple math - no justification or explanation for the payment that would have equaled 12-14% interest, just that was how math worked. I could not believe how he treated me - nor could my husband. I told him that was extremely rude and that I wanted my keys (for a potential trade in) back and I would be leaving. My husband asked him if he was only speaking to me that way because I was a woman. He was surprised that we called him out on his rudeness and I grabbed my keys and left. On the way out, I apologized to the sales person JD and explained he had been quite nice but his manager was terrible. 10 minutes later, I received a call from JD, I explained I wanted nothing to do with the FM store and politely asked that he lose my number. This happened last night. Well, this morning, I just got another call. I answered and the woman asked what had happened last night, so I explained. I then asked her to not call me again. No apology for their treatment, nothing. I would rather pay $1000-$2000 more base for a car and go with a company that demonstrates integrity.
