I've purchased 3 cars through Ganley Ford and each of my experiences have been very positive. Tom Stancil is my salesperson. He is very patient, answers all of my questions thoroughly, doesn't pressure me, and in general is a great seasons salesperson. The service department also has a great team of workers. They do not try to fix things that do not need to be fixed. They are straightforward and honest. Whenever I visit the dealership every department worker seems to truly enjoy their job and treats me with the utmost respect and appreciates my business. I highly recommend Ganley Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Service is excellent but I would expect that while my truck is still under warranty. The service writer Darrin is an excellent service writer and very welcoming an friendly. The service time is excellent as well. Unfortunately if you have to wait for your car you better dress warm. I mean warm. In the summer it was so cold I had wait outside in 90 degree humid weather. This most recent visit was no better. the service bay is warmer than the waiting area. That's my experience.

Everyone I worked with was so helpful and answered all my questions. I felt everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of my purchase. I was especially grateful that I was provided the opportunity to drive an Escape for a few days before deciding on a vehicle purchase to make sure I would like driving an SUV rather than a car which I have always driven. This enabled me to know which features I really wanted before making my final decision. I love my Ford Escape Titanium!!

My husband and I came into Ganley Ford just to look and see what was available, we really didn't intend on purchasing a new car. We were greeted promptly and asked about my car must haves. Jeff, brought a car around for us to test drive. We really liked the Ford Escape with the exception of the interior. I was willing to move up to the next trim and he put us in another car that i really liked. We talked price, trade in and told him we had one other stop to make, but we would call him either way. We test drive another make and model and called Jeff letting him know we were on our way back to buy. I can't say enough about our sales experience. Super, top notch! The hand shake sealed the deal, paper work complete, went over the features and cleaned out the old car. My new Escape was washed & gas tank was filled up. Thank you Jeff and Ganley Ford! I love my new ride!

Great dealership if you are looking to buy a Ford. I dealt with Tim and Tyler Smith, who did a fantastic job getting me into a new F150. Tyler spent time showing me all of the trucks features and syncing my phone up with the awesome Sync 3 system. Definitely a 5 star experience.
