It took the lady that was helping 20 minutes to pull up my account and the whole time her face was agitated!! She did end up finding my receipt so she went ahead and took my jewelry some for fixing and the others for cleaning!! When she came back with the jewelry it looked like before and before,Instead of before and after! The whole time with an attitude as if I didn't pay for the warranty!! I didn't say anything about the "cleaned" jewelry but thank you and walked away. I forgot my recipe so she handed it to me but the manager interviene and told her to make me new books for warranty!I felt so low after leaving!! I will not be revisiting this Fred Meyer jewelry because of my experience! Which sucks because it's closest to me!!

Good, professional, knowledgeable, staff with decent prices for sales.  Make sure to read the fine print for care service plans as they have necessary cleaning schedule to keep the item covered.
