They sell garbage and their service is horrible.

Should have read the reviews first! DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS FREDDIES!! First off the electronics manager, Randy, is a douche who has poor customer service skills. Secondly their return policy blows. I guess you can't return broken electronics when the box has been opened, like you're supposed to know it's broken before opening it? Finally you go to a different Freddies (like the one down toward Gladstone) and they gladly take the broken product back. Are policies different at different locations? Or is electronics manager "Randy" full of crap? What a joke! There is a Best Buy just down the street, do yourself a favor and buy your electronics from there. They give you 30 days to figure out if it works or not which is plenty of time, and they let you open the box to figure it out.

I called to get a price for flowers. I asked if they had a certian kind, and how many came in a bunch. The lady that answered said. "Yeah, we have em." So I replied. "Do you know how much they are and how many come in a bunch?" she replied "I don't know how many come in a bunch and they are like three or four bucks or something like that." Wow thanks for nothing! Very unprofessional. This is a review for the grocery store and not the jewelers.
