To: Cynthia & Esther South Ridge Mall, Greendale, WI I want to let you know that my shopping experience with Fred Meyers Jewelers was above and beyond of my expectation. What’s really makes me to take my final decision, was based on values. During my browsing around the shopping center, I have a sweet and sour taste over the other jewelers since they were trash talking about the rest of their competitors and that is not good! Took a ring to be sized and was told the 13th of Feb. Now won't be done at least until the 15th. For over priced jewelry no less. Found a necklace on sale I bought there at a different store, same necklace for $50.00 less than the sale price here.

IF I COULD, I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM A STAR AT ALL!!! THESE PEOPLE FROM SOUTHRIDGE MALL IN GREENFIELD IS A SCAM!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO THERE!!! I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT MY RING THERE!! EVERY TIME I GO THERE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ASKED TO TALK TO A MANAGER, AND COME TO FIND OUT, THE LADY WHO WAS RUDE AND DOWN RIGHT CRUEL, WAS THE MANAGER!! I WILL NEVER STEP IN THAT STORE AGAIN!!

Spent over $1,500 on a set of watches and was told "Lifetime warranty". My wife's watch has never worked properly, even after sending it back to Movado. We were told today that they only have a two year warranty, but they were willing to send it back to the factory in Switzerland and I would have to pay for it to be fixed.... Spent thousands of dollars at this store. They won't get another dime!!!

I'm usually not one to give such a place a horrible review, but because of my experience(s), this place needs some serious tune up. My boyfriend bought me a BEAUTIFUL promise ring from them in April of 2013. Beautiful stone, and it came with the lifetime stone warranty. In October 2013, the soddering from the sizing came undone, and the ring itself cracked along the side of the ring. So, I took it in, thinking it was my fault, I should take better care of it. I was supposed to get it a week and a half later, well it ended up being almost a month and half before I got it back. I'm usually a calm person, so I just thought they were busy, and something came up, so I let it go. I was sure I was extra careful with it. Taking it off in the shower, when using my hands or going to the gym. But then it broke AGAIN. In the same spot. I dropped it off again, saying this is ridiculous, and this shouldn't of happened. I dropped off my ring on either September 1 or 2 of 2014 and it was supposed to be in on the 12th. It's now the 17th, I called and said, "hey what happened to it?" She couldn't find my slip! So she came back on the phone and said, "I'm going to have to call you back, we're getting swamped." As a customer, that is horrible customer service. I've worked in customer service for five years and you should help your customers in order of arrival. Personally, I don't care if you had a line in the jeweler, help me. Maybe I'm overreacting, however I would never buy another piece of jewelry from them ever again. So if you want slow repairs, bad customer service, be sure to come here.
