So far I've had really good experiences at Fred's Auto.  Fred's staff is friendly and professional and their process inspires trust which is what everyone wants in a mechanic.  They are also very reasonable in terms of price.  I was new to the area and needed a mechanic.  I read one of these reviews and took a chance on Fred's.  Glad I did.

Once again, Fred's Auto Repair (across from Club Fit) came through with a blessedly inexpensive fix to what sounded like a very expensive problem. Most mechanics would have taken me to the cleaners, but they figure out how to solve problems instead of just replacing expensive parts. I would never take my cars anywhere else now that I've found this place. Such a relief after being gouged so many times.

Fred continues to deliver fast, reliable and accurate service.  I had a need for service on my car which we needed for the weekend and he was able to squeeze me in on a Thursday.  Got everything done and we were on our way in no time at all.

I have been coming to Fred's Auto Repair since December of 2015 for my tire/wheel management; winter's on/off, and summers off/on etc.  My first experience involved mounting new snow tires on new wheels.   It became a confounding process with difficult issues, none of which were caused by Fred's staff, but rather with product shipped,  Fred was determined to get at the root of the problem and wouldn't give up until it was solved. I left totally satisfied. That kind of determination and commitment to customer satisfaction is worth a lot. Fred's Auto Repair made it into my Contacts  and I have no need to look elsewhere.

I brought my 11 year old Audi A4 to Fred's Auto Repair Shop this morning. The car's exhaust system seemed to be shedding oil and fumes and beginning to make a noise.   I wanted to know whether the repair was worth the cost in the case of a car with over 140,000 miles. I was greeted by Ken who called on Fred. Both gentlemen were simply friendly and eager to help. Fred put the car on the rack and invited me to join him under the car as he walked me through the sources of the problem and when he was done he offered a recommendation for a nearby repair shop that specializes in muffler repair.  I followed Fred's generous and gracious advice and got the job done cost effectively.  Ironically, I am eager to have a problem with one of our cars that Fred might address.  That's how good and friendly he was.  Many thanks, Fred and Ken...
