Good Officer:
Today, my apartment was broken into because my other roommate found the hinge unlocked to our door. We called the non-emergency number for the Frederick County Police Department. Officer Johnston was dispatched to do a report. He was very courteous, helpful, and he was well versed in his job. He made our experience very pleasant and easy. I would like to commend and recognize Officer Johnston for his prompt response and amiable demeanor and decorum.

Pulled over for throwing a cigarette butt out the window. The officer was ok but his partner was aggressive, demeaning, and rude. The type of behavior that propagates the 'us vs them' mentality. Realize there are many good officers out there, but to be bullied by a cop with an aggressive streak when all i wanted was to go home, made me rethink my support. Good luck citizens!

I wish I had retained the female officers name. I had just finished a fun evening with my fiance and her co-workers for her friends birthday. We had left Nola cafe downtown and ignorantly I had turned on a "no turn on red" stoplight and realized it a moment to late. I was stopped near the new east street/355 connecting bridge. She was very polite, explained why she stopped me. Asked me if I had been drinking, which I had one flying dog beer a few hours prior. Since I was driving my fiances car I wanted to be as responsible as possible. She took my info, came back a few moments later and simply stated she was giving me the benefit of the doubt. The whole reason I'm leaving this review is in hopes she reads it and knows she didn't make a mistake, made it home safely and enjoyed the rest of our evening together. Again thank you for reassuring me that there are still those who are trusting and respectful in our city, even in the authority figures.

Walking down West Patrick back to motel 6 where I was staying for the weekend mind you I'm living on Patrick st. Officer Wolf tall white bald headed drives by ask if I'm okay and from here. My mistake to start speaking. He pulls into dealership jumps out his car demands my ID... I lost it he demands .e to come close to his car. Ask what is in my wallet. I ask what I did. NO ANSWER... He ask to search me I repeated myself asking what I did. He responds I walked down south st a high drug area. AGAIN I ask what I did that was so horrible to be treated like a animal. To make things short He demanded to search me 7 times said he could take me to jail and threatened me. By the way a state trooper was there and come out his vehicle with no hat... All I did was walk down the street... So hopefully who ever signs their checks knows they wasted time and money on someone who did nothing when they could of been working and arresting a Child molester or a real criminal...

Officer Schultz responded to a call I made because my vehicle broke down in a busy intersection during rush hour.  He was very nice and helpful.  Together with the two gentlemen from Ben Lewis Plumbing, they helped me.  In this time of much negativity surrounding the human race, Officer Schultz showed that cops are still here to protect and serve!  He was easygoing and joked around but maintained professionalism.
