Very helpful friendly clerks.  They know right where the merchandise is located and help you find what you're looking for.  Better than big box stores.

The one employee I talked to was just too naive.  He knew what shelf the type of products I wanted were kept, but had zero knowledge beyond that.  He at least tried to be helpful.
