A good general resourse for home repairs, but the Watsonville location sometimes is out of stock with regular items. Also, the place is dog-friendly, so my dog always accompanies me.

Still waiting HD to fix error in our 3 bedroom windows. They failed the County inspection. Never return calls now.

It's a messy and unorganized store. Trying to find help is impossible. Never enough registers open to help anyone.
