Their customer service leaves plenty of room for improvment. 
When my very large CD renewed they cut my interest rate in half. 
When I threatened to remove it from the bank they wanted to charge me a penalty. 
They are unwilling to make any extra effort to keep a customer. 
All these banks got bail out money yet they continue to stick it to the average customer. Apparently too big to fail gives you the license to ge a jerk.
