We are a personal training facility with some of the best trainers in Ocala. We also offer a LIMITED open gym memberships with month to month contracts.

Story

We offer one-on-one personal training, small group training, bikini, figure and bodybuilding contest prep & meal planning. We also help women and men prepare for special events, such as weddings and vacations.
We also have a bodybuilding team consisting of, physique, figure and bikini and mens bodybuilding. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Contest Prep coach certified by 8 time Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney!

The first time I walked into FF I was a nervous wreck. I was anxious of being judged and I was afraid no one would want to train with me because I have two injuries which make it hard for me to function normally. I was pleasantly surprised.Matt is amazing. He is patient, always ensures I am ok before we proceed with anything, and if we need to modify we modify. He is motivating, professional, and fair. FF is not a fluffy kind of gym. You go there to work and get results. The people are welcoming.I am so happy that I walked in and decided to make FF the start of my fitness journey.

Freedom Fitness Training facility is a complete gym for all your needs. The owner is a very knowledgeable bodybuilder and personal trainer, he cares about his clients and community. He is very dedicated to what he does and it shows in the quality of his gym. He only allows the best trainers to train clients in his gym. If your looking for a great place to train you have found it!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Matt is my trainer and he is so awesome! Gives great diet plans for anything you are looking for. Whether it is to gain or lose weight. His so encouraging while working out and makes sure to correct you if your form is off. His very patient and kind. I started going to him 2yrs ago and had to stop but when I was able to start back up again he welcomed me back with open arms. And the same people I saw when I first started working out were still there!! It’s a small family gym and I love the fact that I see firmillar faces. Everyone is very professional with their clients. There is no ac like the big corporation gyms but I LOVE it. It helps me work up a great sweat and I feel like I’m getting such a better workout because of it. I’ve tried all the gyms in town and this is the only one I’ve ever felt welcomed and at home. I’m not just another monthly fee! Give this place a try and you’ll never wanna go anywhere else!!

My son and I started working out in November.  We have seen a huge change in our strength and endurance.  The trainers are very professional and willing to work with you no matter where you are starting.
