Story

Next Step Fitness is a local physical fitness gym with an aim to make Ocala healthy again. We don’t want to change your body, we want to change your life! Some of our amenities include cardio, strength equipment, Heart Rate Monitored Interval Training. kids club, guest privilege, cardio cinema, and personal training. We are open 24 hrs, but staffed 8 AM- 8 PM Monday - Friday, 8am - Noon Saturday, not staffed on Sundays. Contact us today for more information!

Absolutely love the gym and staff! This place makes me feel like a part of a family rather than a member of a gym. Staff is super welcoming and I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve recommended several people to sign up here and will continue soon business here for a long time.

Really wonderful gym with options for everyone! Classes include: yoga, palates, cardio, strength, spin and even dance such as belly dancing. I'm motivated in groups so this was a strong selling point for me. They offer really awesome benefits such as a fun child care area, a glow in the dark spin cycle room, a movie theater cardio room with surround  sound and a juice bar for replenishing after tough work outs. The personal training experience is AWESOME and I highly recommend it to beginners like myself that have no idea where to start. Gym is super clean, staff is warm, helpful and knowledgeable and the owner is really kind as well as centered on client satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym that's reasonably priced and offers a considerable amount more than most of the competition.

Very helpful staff, clean and safe environment. Amazing place to work out at especially if you join the class they have to offer. The instructors always help full and encerouging. In a nutshell it’s a amazing place if you want to work out.

Been to number of gyms in the city here and this is by far the friendliest place to start your journey or just to continue it. They have everything you need, Stairclimbers and rowers and even bumper plates! Truly a 24 hour gym too!
