UPDATE: A sales call was recently placed to me from the dealership. I explained what had happened below. Brad in sales called me back immediately. He explained that there was a lot of turnover in the company recently. I have to admit that Brad, along with Jessica in the service department, did the best they could taking care of all the issues below. Still not happy about the original sale with the undisclosed recall, but they took care of everything else. So changing the rating to reflect. Agree with many of the posts. The customer service is horrible from both the sales and service depts. They flat out lie to you. Never return your calls or emails, after they "promise" to do so. I have given them every chance - this posting is coming 4 months AFTER the car (used) was purchased. Promised car was CPO - never gave paperwork. I recently found out that the car has 2 recalls on it. They sold me a car with open recalls! WV attorney generals office will get that. Promised free oil changes - service dept knows nothing about it. Promised to replace a blown speaker - again service dept has done nothing. Just had a flat tire - the lug nuts were "chewed" up/worn out - the lug wrench wouldn't work. That is how they sold it. If you want a car at a good price but expect to never have to deal with them again, go ahead. Anything else - stay away.

I have heard nothing but complaints from locals about Freedom Ford for service, but I was very impressed with their team. I had a hard-to-diagnose issue on a new truck that of course wasn't happening on the day I took it in and they sent the foreman for a ride with me to try and reproduce it. Also they helped diagnose a strange issue that is bordering nit-picking on my part as a customer. (For the price of these trucks it should be perfect, right?) I really appreciate their team and look forward to going back. Thanks guys.

I went in with a certain number that I could pay. They did a great job putting me in a great Ford F150 at that price. And they didn't play that ridiculous game that alot of salespeople do.

Very friendly and quick service. Had my oil changed quickly and didn't try to tell me I needed every piece of my car replaced.

If I could I would rate this dealership negative 5. Not only is this the worst dealership I've ever been to it is the worst ran business I've ever seen period. I traded my Chevy truck for a white gold expedition pretty nicely equipped and leather. It was the only one i was dealing on and I felt I got a fair trade. So I went to sign the papers and I had to set and wait about an hour so I finally got finished signing but I should have payed close attention because 2 weeks later the salesman a young guy named Cody texted me that I need to come resign because they wrote the wrong vin # down. When I got to the dealership the very rude finance guy comes out and says they made a mistake and gave me the wrong vehicle and demanded I pay them 7000 more dollars even though all the numbers matched up on the contract to the one I was driving. I told him I wouldn't give him a dime more it's their mistake. Then they said they would figure it out and get me a better rate and he was gonna graciously eat a couple thousand but I would have to pay 5000 more. I told him I want my truck and my down payment back. After texting back and forth with the salesman he told me hold on they were trying to work it out after I told him not to run my credit any more they run it again after they already ran it to a bunch of different places. Then I called the finance company that was on the contract and they told me there was no expedition even financed through them. So I finally after a lot of headaches and stress got my truck back without even one apology from the dealership. Also a few days after we bought the vehicle my wife was in an accident in it so it has rear damage. It was just a horrible experience altogether with this dealership I would never ever even turn in the parking lot let alone buy from them again better make sure you check the paperwork or better yet stay away as they will probably put the same vehicle for sale and not tell anyone about rear damage on the white gold expedition. Buyer beware !!!!!!!
