Not the greatest. They sell your information, if you come on look at cars. So my advice don't give any information. I recently went to the dealership. They told me I most likely wouldn't be removed from the mailing list cause them I would be put on another one. It's nice of this dealership to sell my information without my approval.

Worst people to deal with. No customer loyalty.  I purchased a 2014 Silverado less then a year ago. My factory exhaust has completely rusted in two.  I have owned a chevy all my life and never had this problem. Spoke with the GM. Who was not willing to work me to replace the exhaust. Now I have a $1,000 repair bill for a problem I should be having. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.  Buyers be warned.

Wish we could go with No stars. Biggest joke of a dealership I've ever dealt with in terms of the Service Department, We own a 2017 Trax that has electrical issues and after 5 separate visits they haven't been able to fix it. Icing on the cake, today they let us know they caused the back up lights to no longer work as well, magnifying the issue. Their response to how they are going to fix this was "you are welcome to take it back to the dealership where you bought it" which is Mid-State Chevrolet. This type of attitude is exactly why we drove to Flatwoods to purchase the vehicle to begin with. I've never heard of a service department being so rude and unprofessional. I'm sure purchasing a vehicle here isn't any better, save yourself the struggle and go somewhere else.

When I arrived at the garage I was told that the recall work would take approximately a 1/2 hour. Two hours later, the work was still not complete. Soon after, I was told my repair was complete but I was not given any paperwork that said as such. The next day, I received a call from the same person who scheduled me two weeks ago and she wanted to schedule my recall appointment?!?!

Excellent experience with purchasing my 2012 GMC Terrain. Have put 13,000 miles on it in the last year or so, and have had zero issues! Great sales service, nice folks at this dealership.
