I got the most top notch service from Freedom Kia at Clarksburg!  I chatted back and forth with Keith for over 3 weeks before finally making the decision to purchase the 2018 Kia Forte LX and I couldn't be happier!!!  Keith went above and beyond to ensure the car met my expectations and that I felt completely comfortable with every single thing about the Forte!  I've never had a salesman who has treated me as well as Keith!  He got me well above what I had expected to get for my trade in and a great interest rate! Everyone was great! I love my 2018 Kia Forte! Even though some of the guys wasn’t sure how to pronounce my last name!! Haha! :) Brad was awesome!

Keith was extremely helpful and understanding of my personal situation, and helped me get into a brand new 2017 Kia Forte5 with bad credit and no co-signer. I highly recommend giving Keith the chance to get you into a new, reliable vehicle, and can promise you won't find a better warranty! Kind, knowledgeable staff, and buying from them is the easiest Car-buying experience I've ever had!

I didn't think I'd qualify for a new vehicle, but here I am driving a 2018 Kia Sportage that I love. Devin was great to deal with and everyone else was very friendly and attentive.   The only way this would be better is if it were free.....but it's not..... so I still havee to go to work. Blah. But I get to drive there in my new Kia.

So very helpful and friendly, making my very first new car buying experience better than I could have imagined. One of the staff even came over to me while I waited and asked if I wanted him to go grab me something to eat at  Burger King. Highly recommend!
