Honestly, I am a little bit shocked....I have made multiple trips to have the engine oil changed in company vehicles. Each time, it took them one and a half hours from the time I dropped off my keys to the time I got them back in my hands... Why am I shocked? I'm shocked to see so many five star reviews from people that have only made one review on Google Maps. Perhaps they're receiving discounts from their sale for a good review?

Chloe provided awesome customer service when I came in for an oil change on my RAM. I had my vehicle back within a half hour! Awesome work!

We showed up an hour before closing just to get an idea of what CRVs they had in stock. Despite already working a long day, Curtis greeted us and showed us what they had. They didn't have any paper takeaways, but he printed off the website page for us so we'd have the information on hand. We left shortly after, which gave us time to review our options, but Curtis assured us he'd be there tomorrow and to give him a call if we needed anything.

We came back bright and early the following morning after giving Curtis a call, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire thing. All of the staff were nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend Urse Honda.
