Good laundromat. Always enough machines available and plenty of folding tables and rolling baskets. Some of the dryers doors don't close. That's really the only complaint I have though.

Wouldn't let me wash a blanket for my dying son. What a horrible experience and terrible customer service. This incident happened over a year ago, but I feel the need to write a review because it was just awful. I had been going to Freeway for many years and raved about it to many friends, family, and acquaintances. All the staff was so kind. I used to go here even during the times when I lived an hour away. There was one time I left a throw blanket that was given to me by my grandmother and, when I went back a few days later, the girl there was really sweet and told me she wasn't sure if it was still there but that she would go downstairs to look. She found it and brought it back to me with a smile. That made me love this place even more than before. After some time, the management seemed to change and it was a new girl working there. She was always rude to me every single time I was there. I am a pretty friendly, laid-back personality, so it would catch me off-guard. A different time, I was there doing laundry with my boyfriend and he accidentally left my couch cover in the dryer. When I went there the next day, I asked the new girl if she wouldn't mind checking to see if they had it. She refused and aggressively told me that it wasn't there, even though she didn't look. On this next and final instance, the day before Thanksgiving, I called them in the morning to ask if they were operating on their normal business hours and what time is the last load. I was told that everything is the same and last load is 9:30 pm. After work, I went there with only a blanket to throw in the wash. I arrived at 9:20 pm and when I walked through the doors, the first thing I said was "Sorry! I know last load is 9:30 pm!" This girl yelled over to me with an attitude and asked me what I was washing. I told her it was just a blanket and I didn't even have to put it in the dryer. She told me I couldn't wash it. I informed her that I called that morning specifically to see if I could make it there, instead of another laundromat. She started yelling louder saying it doesn't matter. I wasn't going to get into personal details, but I told her I wanted to wash this blanket for a family member who is very sick and tomorrow is the holiday and that I was there before the last load cut-off. She came closer to me and VERY rudely said, "We ALL have people in our families who's sick. And WE want to enjoy OUR holiday too." Needless to say, I left there immediately on the brink of tears. My 7 year old son was terminally ill with cancer and he died 2 weeks later. I was looking to wash his blanket for him because I wasn't sure if it would be his last holiday. And it was. Absolutely terrible customer service. It is such a shame having that employee working there, treating good customers this way. I have never stepped foot in there again, even with over $100 dollars on my Freeway laundry card, and I never recommended them to anyone in my networks ever again, worried they will have an unsettling experience with them. It is such an upsetting memory for me as someone who has worked with the public my entire life (20 years).

Free wifi, the stored value cards are way easier than coins, rarely encountered full machines.

Friendly staff and timely service! The laundromat is always sparkling clean too.

They have drop and pick up option. It is very clean and attendants are there. Happy to be there and will come again.
