I've been a loyal customer here for at least two years, but have never felt compelled to write a Google review in my life until this afternoon. Last week, my apartment suffered a fairly devastating fire. Beyond losing my home, I lost many of my material possessions. Among those I was trying to save were some of my few remaining clothes that I wanted to dry clean. I explained this to the employees at Courtesy Cleaners, who proceeded to (quite rudely) inform me that they could not clean anything that was wet. (This was obviously water damage from firefighters). It's one thing to have a rule and be a jerk to your customer about it, and it's another to lack any human compassion and neglect your role as a service in the community. I have, honestly, never been so upset by a commercial interaction in my life. 'Courtesy Cleaners' is a misnomer, they are discourteous at base. The owner and management of this establishment should be embarrassed. I took my business to Freeway Laundry in Federal Hill, who were actually really kind and helpful. I suggest you do the same.

Always super nice here and they do a great job with the clothes.... Free button replacement on dress shirts is a nice plus that they offer and they aren't very expensive either
