I had a fantastic experience with Nick, owner/operator of Freeway Towing, 29Mar17. I couldn't recommend Freeway highly enough. I called to arrange a tow the day before I was taking possession of two valuable cars from a mansion in Carlsbad. Nick was courteous, responsive, communicative, and very helpful from our first conversation. We set a time for the following morning, and he quoted me a good price compared to about a dozen other companies I had called. Some had quoted as high as $680, one as low as $220 (but demanded half up front, deposited at their bank!! WTF?), Nick was closer to the lower number, by far. I knew by talking to him, he was the man for the job. He was the ONLY person I had spoken to, at a bunch of tow companies, that gave me the time and attention and willingness to discuss and plan the job I had for him. Bonus, communication was very easy with him. He responded promptly to all my communications, as well. At our prescribed time, Nick was there and ready to roll. He had brought all the equipment nec to make sure both cars were loaded safely, properly, with no steel touching the cars, and without even letting the tow truck's steel touch the mansion driveway. Very impressive. One went on the bed, one rolling behind on the wheel lift. I followed him all the way back to my place, and he was a perfect and courteous driver the whole way, on multiple freeways. When we arrived at my place, he was great at helping me get both cars unloaded and pushed around into the two spots I needed them in. He was ready and willing with helpful ideas, and was willing to drop and re-lift vehicles to get them where I wanted them, though it ended up being unnecessary. At no point did I ever feel he was in a rush with me, nor did I ever feel any worry about the two cars. I honestly couldn't imagine having a better experience with a tow company. I genuinely appreciate your efforts, Nick, and all of my friends and family will be hearing about you. Thank you.

These guys are hands down the very best! I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick. On the phone I was struck by his friendly tone. I asked him to do a very difficult job for my landlord. He gave me a fantastic price that I could not believe. He was on time and repeatedly text me to inform me of his whereabouts. When he came by, we switched the plan on him a little bit. He still gave us a great deal without any pretense or attitude and finished the job quick and clean. I am very pleased to write these words on behalf of Freeway Towing and specifically Nick for being such a fair and honest man! Far M. Spring Valley

Best Tow Company Ever!!!! I have always had a hard time trusting towing companies and have felt they try and rip you off.This is not the case with Freeway Towing. They have the best service, they are very honest and most importantly there rates are the best around! Reasons to use them: - The tow was significantly cheaper then anywhere else - The drivers are very professional and handle your car with care - Their equipment is nice - They show up right on time I will never use another service! Don't hesitate to call them!

Amazing tow company - not the typical "wait 6 hours for a pick-up that was supposed to happen in 45 minutes" - on time, great work and super ethical. He actually quoted me a price and, when seeing the job, realized he under-quoted. But he stayed true to the original quote and still did a great job. When I say I'd call them again, it's not just lip service. I actually called them again just a few days later for another job. Seriously worth all 5 of these stars.

Thank you so much. Really appreciated the 15 min wait and price, when other towing companies we're making me wait 60-90 mins and charging me the double of what i paid. Such great service!!
