i vist the Mexican restaurant, which is very good.
The Dollar store has a veriety of non food items.  
Laundry place is very clean and so is Subway.
  El 30 fish place only has farm fish.
The store that replaced Albertsons, is a store with a veriety of house hold items, including some food.

So far I'm a fan of the new Grocery Outlet.. growing up in this part of town this shopping center was a big part of my day to day.. before recently the parking lot was really bad and has been resurfaced. There are some essential stores here for the community but not much that sticks out except for the new Grocery Outlet. The traffic is still horrible at the driveways and parking is snug but for the neighborhood, it suits fine.
