Lots of great shops, we always visit Santa in the winter time and Easter bunny in the spring, there's little areas for kids to ride the little rides (for an additional cost), there is also a train ride (for an additional cost, but you can purchase a pass for many rides at a bit of a discount) and it's a very clean, well maintained mall. Plenty of parking-garage or open parking, many places to eat or grab a quick bite/snack. And there's a huge 2 level Target.

Out dated..A lot of closed stores.. atmosphere seems dead no energy... lack of excitement to make you want to spend money food court needs new restaurants fresh look would do them wonders... who eats at the California Pizza Kitchen anymore anyways?? This place needs some nice restaurants it's too hard to get a Cheesecake Factory here?

It's the Pacific View mall. Its seen many changes. Not all of them good. (Also you can't just give folks hugs like a free hug campaign.. someone could get hurt and they will eject you for the day) 

Has issues with pests in the children's areas. The food can be sub par most of the time except the new pho place and hot dog on a stick. Otherwise its just another mall like you'd find anywhere else.

This mall used to be such a great mall years ago! With their new updated look this mall was going places... But sadly not today... I think the only thing that's keeping this mall alive is Target, Macy's & the food court. There are a lot of empty storefronts. A lot of "boutique" stores. Still a handful of brand name stores but I'm not sure for how much longer.

This mall is clean and not very busy. They have all the main stores. They could use a main a attraction like a water fall or better music playing while people walk to shop. I like taking my kids to the play area.
