I don’t typically post reviews but the experience I had tonight deserves one. We had a family birthday party tonight so I decided to order dinner from one of our favorite pizza places, Fresh Brothers. We received our order by delivery and after checking our order one of our salads wasn’t made correctly. I called the store and told them my order was wrong. I was presently surprised that the manager offered to redeliver my salad on the fly and send me a credit for my inconvenience. I was shocked! I hung up the phone and told my whole family about the amazing customer service and great recovery to make things right the manager provided. Ten minutes later a friendly delivery driver showed up with our salad. Again he apologized and was so kind!! This is why THIS store deserves 5 stars!! Everyone makes mistakes but it’s the way we handle them that counts and they did perfectly!

Service was very friendly. Seems like a great place for families as well. On the food: To order pizza, select the type of crust (Thin, Skinny, Deep Dish) and then the type (Ex: Cheese). You can order half of one type, and half of another type. Surprised to see the pizza was in squares but it was good for little kids to be able to pick up easily. The pizza was tasty, but we noticed that the inside layer did taste and look a bit doughy/raw (surprised to see that for skinny crust! Thought it might be cooked all the way through). The sweet knots were a nice treat after (would pair it with good coffee perhaps?). Might come back again if in the area.

During an outting with our class, we were waiting outside Fresh Brothers, and an employee brought us out a pizza box full of sweet knots. What a wonderful treat and nice surprize. Thank you Fresh Brothers ! Merry Christmas from Tustin Adult Transition Program !!!

Absolutely amazing place for the idk what to eat moments or daily spot to grub. Great staff and delicious Italian Food. EAT HERE anytime

Super bummed that I received a tiny personal pizza. I thought I was receiving a regular size pizza. I ordered a "1Topping Pizza with Wings (4 Pcs) ". I was very disappointed that it turned out to be a tiny personal pizza. Further up there was a "1 topping personal pan pizza" but I had no idea this was. It was not clear that is what I was getting. It was a disappointing experience. I tried to describe this situation to Patrick Q on Eat 24. He just blamed it on me. I suggested that they change "1 topping pizza" to "1 topping personal pizza" so others wouldn't be disappointed like I am and he refused.
