The jumbo lobster roll special was amazing, very soft lobster and a huge portion, overflowing from the roll. Not chewy or stringy at all. Whole belly fried clams had zero grittiness to them. Dare I say this place has better seafood than Woodman's of Essex. This is a must-go-to place. Presentation of the food was great, service was attentive, and food was very, very good. Slightly cold interior, bring a light jacket. Worth it.
No complaints in any way. My waitress was on it and very attentive. My food was yummy and I look forward to going back. I need to try the shrimp tacos! They looked amazing and the woman that had them said they were great when I asked her.
Truthfully this place was a 4.5 for me. I so wish we could rate half stars, but anyway. I actually stepped into the fresh fish butcher shop which is connected to the kitchen on this place. I thought the butcher shop might sell fresh grilled fish, but they pointed me next door. So I went in, found a table and sat down for a bite. Generally it's a simple place pretty inconspicuous with television's tuned to sports. The people are plenty polite, but then again nothing special. I just wanted fresh fish grilled. The menu was a little simpler that I thought in terms of grill fish options considering the variety next door. They had salmon, swordfish and halibut. The halibut was actually pan seared. I asked for the halibut which was the special served over linguine with a scampi sauce. It was actually divine. I consumed every last bite which included a side of broccoli, steamed and wonderful. I'm not sure why people raited only four stars. For me, it was better than that for sure. And the typical test, would I go again? Absolutely. Would I have the same experience, I think probably. If you stick with a simple stuff like grilled or seared fish, I think you'll be pleased.
The food we ordered was fish n chips and lobster salad roll, and both were worth ordering. After a long time, I had a good lobster roll with heaps of perfectly cooked lobster. Fish was also very good. Loved all d dishes.Food: 5/5
For the best in fresh seafood this is THE place to go! Recently ordered the Fried Shrimp Appetizer, and Lobster Mac n Cheese. Both were very very fresh, and very delicious. Parking: Private shared parking area. Handicap parking also available. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily handicap accessible.
Been hearing about this place since we moved into town a couple months ago and I always see the foot traffic so I've been dying to check it out. Definitely not disappointed!! Their selection is better than I could have imagined. Great mix of pre-marinade and fresh meats and seafood. Even all the sides, a small selection of dessert, some groceries and beer! A one-stop-shop for a dinner party. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be back... Often!
Great local seafood with the best lobster Mac and cheese I've had in Mass. As great as the Japanese A5 wagyu steak was I don't believe it is authentic. I didn't give 5 stars as the A5 Japanese wagyu is most likely fake.
Used to go here a while back when we lived in the area, and came by for old time's sake last weekend. Couldn't be more impressed - so many places like this have gone downhill over the last 15 years. The only very minor downside was that there's no sushi on Mondays. But I was impressed that it had been renovated and the staff was as great as I remember. Great food, great beer selection, and the prices were shockingly reasonable... About 125 for an appetizer, three entrees with leftovers, and two rounds of beer. What could be an easily overlooked joint in a strip mall is really a hidden gem just a couple miles off 95. Vegetarian options: Perfect for pescetarians. Dietary restrictions: Perfect for pescetarians.
Just ordered dinner for my family online very expensive. We ordered a specialty Burger when we got home we found out that it didn't have anything on it and wasn't able to eat. Brought burger back for toppings and management/owner gave us so much a hard time about the toppings lettuce tomato mayo. There was back and forth about the toppings not coming on the burger and online ordering is new and should not have offered the toppings lettuce and tomato. We decided to just request a refund due to such chaos about toppings.on the burger along. Manager starts to complain about a head of lettuce is $4 in the store I guess that meant I wasn't able to receive a slice of lettuce on a $14.00 burger all due to the online website inaccuracy. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. All of my years servicing customers you are to reassure you please the customer. Clearly, this didn't matter this time. Not sure why this was an issue? Just maybe because of who I was if you know what mean! I honestly think that this is sad! Dear manager/owner I'm a hard working man who works 2 jobs to feed and provide for my family , And me to have to gone through this is totally unacceptable, Fresh Catch get your act together. P.S. Does anyone know the number to Longhorn?
Went for the twin lobsters and steamers but everything looked so good I got the Chiopino! All was absolutely delicious and wait staff was fantastic. Scallops in bacon for appetizer were the best I ever had, nice plump sea scallops cooked to perfection. Next week ill get the lobsters i hope!
