The office is very welcoming ,clean and organized . The staff was cordial and very attentive to my needs .The hygienist and dentist are very knowledgeable about dentistry . Excellent team work Dr.Pike placed me an implant and Dr. Sarduy the crown , ...Painless visits ever !!! They did fenomenal job and were genuine and very personable as well .I will highly recommend this place . Thanks .

Many of these reviews were posted two years ago ,the office is much different now the old staff were much better the new staff leaves much too be desire.Dr. fallah is a pro. I don't know who this office manager is but she needs to screen her employees more carefully.On my last visit which was today i went in for a regular cleaning only to be told by the hygeniest that the dentist said i need deep cleaning at the lower part of my teeth she told me she was going to check with the girl at the front desk to check with my insurance.The receptionist came to the chair where i was sitting and told me i had to pay $110 because my insurance didn't cover.i asked her why she start giving me this long explanation i told them i didn't want the service i left and call my insurance they told me the price i had to pay it was much lower than what they quote me i asked my insurance to give me another dentist.I would not recomend anyone to this office

I never had an issue with this Dentist office. Dr. Fallah is the best and he is always trying to get you the best deal. I need something done he is quick to get me in the chair. He tries to save teeth rather than being lazy and just pulling it. He does this thing where he puts his finger on your forehead and rub it in circle to relax you. Wish they had better entertainment while doing the work but they are very gentle.

Staff was extremely rude and insulting. "Wow, that's the worst _____ I've ever seen." (The Dds) While I was getting my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was scraping my gums, making them bleed, she said maybe if I flossed more often it wouldn't hurt. The Dds (can't remember her name), also did my root canal wrong, and I am currently on antibiotics and have to get the whole thing redone. They also never made a claim with my insurance. If they did, they'd have to give me a reduced price agreed upon according to my insurance policy, so they LIED and only charged me instead. Stay away, they care about the money, not their patients. This was from early 2014. I see some of the staff has changed, but not all. And the receptionist who did the billing is still there.
